Located in Grignasco, in the small hamlet of Torchio,
the winery extends over the smooth hills
behind the Natural Park of Monte Fenera.

Our wine

The brilliant ruby red color with light shades of garnet,
a characteristic and pleasant scent of violets, the flavor,
sapid, dry, harmonious, with a pomegranate aftertaste.
This is the Boca DOC wine.

The winery has ancient roots that sink in a strong family tradition and take you back in time to the 1880s. His story is that of a three centuries long passion: the love for the land.
A passion that continues to relive intact thanks to the tenacity and dedication of the current conductor.
A love that is expressed patiently favoring the rhythms and the processes of nature, accompanying it with competence and wisdom toward the fulfillment of itself. Boca and Croatina from Davide Carlone winery born this way: “trusting grapes”, supporting the work of the land and limiting human intervention.
The Davide Carlone winery produces natural wines that return uncorrupted the palate the characteristics of the land that produced them.

Territory

In the Vineyard
Only a few decades ago, more than 40,000 hectares of vineyards covered the surrounding hilly areas Grignasco and the surrounding municipalities. Going up the Traversagna, the colors flourished luxuriantly rows and strongly connoting perfumes the landscape. But, as a result of the industrialization process that has affected the country since the sixties of the last century, it has undergone a sharp transformation. The fallow vineyards have gradually given way to the forest, which incedendo undisputed seemed invaded and transformed them irreparably.

The grape culture, though, so rooted in this territory, has been able to curb this advanced, driven by the passion of a new generation of winemakers working to return to the vine his land.
